Requirements:

• Male
• Bachelor Degree for all major.
• Min. 8 years experience in Mine Operation or other related industries.
• Experienced in making the Planning / Operations, Budgeting, target attainment (relate to production, equipment, human resources etc)
• Must have good leadership skills
• Good communication
