We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our international franchise oceanfront 4 star resort in Bali as the General Manager. Beyond your global experience in hospitality management, you have a proven hands-on, leadership quality bridging financial and budget activities to conferring with the corporate office. You will serve as the top property leader as well as the hotel liaison to the corporate office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of the resort
• Prepare annual budget.
• Submit quarterly plans and actions for operations of the property.
• Develop management and staff programs to increase guest satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings.
• Maintain product and service standards.
• Approve promotions and local advertising.
• Select, train, supervise, develop, discipline and counsel department managers.
• Effectively lead, train, coach, motivate, engage, and provide feedback to the hotel staff, supervisors, and managers on a daily basis.
• Inspect guest rooms, public access areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance to ensure product quality standards are met
• Establish and maintain preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the hotel and achieve productivity and quality goals

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years managing & leading hotel or resort properties including a track record of successful communication, budgeting & negotiating skills
• Proven success managing budgets in excess of $2 million and reporting to board members
• Experience operating computer systems for hotel & property operations, logistics, finance & inventory
• Skilled directing human resources activities including labor relations and staffing requirements
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Hotel operations and departmental interdependencies.
• Ability to interpret business and statistical reports.
• Motivated, hands-on and self-disciplined
• Possesses negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize structure and complete tasks with the Company’s goals and objectives.
