Responsibilities:

Responsible for business operations to achieve the target set by the management company (according to Key Performance Indicators / KPIs operation) effectively and efficiently, to monitor and supervise the operational strategies and policies for achieving optimization of performance of each store, control and ensure the store is always directional performance (in line and able to achieve business goals), structured, and organized according to established business policies.

 

 

Requirements:

• More than 7 (seven) years of professional experience in handling retail related tasks
• Bachelor Degree (S1)
• max. 38 years old
• Be motivated to lead others
• Possesses excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of collecting data and establishing facts
• Target-oriented with excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent negotiations and problem solving skills
• Good command over verbal and written communication skills
• Competent in operating network like Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Windows and the Internet

• Quick learner and ability meet deadlines
