Hotline Staff
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Giving information to customer about insurance benefits by phone
• Handling customer’s complaint in order to clarify and understand customer needs
• Handling call from hospital or clinic provider about insurance participant
• Coordinate with Claim department about report complaints
• Work as a team and ensure that the hotline centre service level is met

Requirements:

• Male / Female, max. 27 years old
• Min. Diploma Degree any discipline from reputable university
• Computer literate, especially MS. Office is a must
• Communicative and excellent problem solving skills in handling complaint
• Able to work in shifting schedule
• Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
